Cpl. Porter joined the Laurel Police Department July 2022 as a Patrolman. Prior to serving at Laurel, Cpl. Porter served with the New Castle County Police Department, Camden Police Department and Harrington Police Department. Cpl. Porter has over 20 years of collective Law Enforcement experience and is currently assigned to patrol on A Shift under the supervision of Sergeant Haddock.
