Capt. Bryan has been a law enforcement office since 2008 and served the Laurel Police Department since 2015. Capt. Bryan previously served with the Delaware Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement (DATE). He has previously served in several roles with Laurel PD, most recently as the head of the Criminal Investigations Division. As of February 2024, Capt. Bryan is the Interim Chief after the recent retirement of Chief Wright.
